What are the dimensions?

When it’s open, the Pop ‘N Go is 52” wide x 41” high, and it weighs just 7.2 lbs! When it’s closed up and in the bag, it’s 36” long and 6” wide. It includes the bag and attached shoulder strap to make it extremely easy to transport and store

Is there a weight limit?

Each one of the 6 sides has a small flexible strap that connects it to the frame. This way, when anyone is inside it actually touches the floor, so there is no limit. It’s large enough for an adult to get inside with a child, or for 2-3 kids to play in easily.

What colors will you offer?

We will have orange and black. Each backer will get a survey emailed to them at the end of the campaign that will allow you to choose. If you pick a pledge level that has multiple Pop ‘N Go playpens, you can choose all one color or mix and match!

What all is included?

Each order of the playpen comes with a custom-fit Shade Cover as well as 6 stakes to secure it to the ground outdoors. Also included is a carrying bag with a shoulder strap for easy transport. For the $125 pledge level and up, the self-inflating mattress is also included a separate carrying bag for the mattress comes with this!

What's your return policy?

If for any reason your Pop ‘N Go is defective, we will replace it at no cost for up to 30-days after you have received your product. You will need to notify us immediately after receiving your Pop ‘N Go and send us an email with proof of the defect (a simple photo or video will work) to [email protected].

When will they ship?

Our campaign will end on April 6th, and within 2-3 weeks we will send out the survey to collect everyone’s data. We will also place the order with our manufacturer within 2 weeks of the campaign ending (about the time it takes Kickstarter to release the funds). We are expecting to have them shipped by the end of July, but we will do everything we can to get them sooner!

How much is shipping and do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Each backer will get a survey emailed to them at the end of the campaign which will ask for your address and detail the shipping info. We are going to try and get a flat rate shipping for US customers (hopefully about $15-$25 per unit), and the rates for international shipping will depend on what country you live in. These can range from around $30/unit for countries closer to the US and $50/unit or more for countries further away. More details on this will follow.

What is your warranty and refund policy?

Because we are a startup and this is our first round of production, we cannot offer an extended warranty (as much as we would love to). But we will refund the cost of any defective products and we will pay for shipping of your replacement product. Hopefully in the near future, once our business is up and running and fully stable, we will be able to provide long-term product warranties, like 12 months or more. Shipping fees, VAT, duties, taxes, etc., are all non-refundable.

Is there any wind protection or anchoring mechanism so the pen doesn't blow away?

Each order comes with 6 stakes to hold it down when being used outdoors, so no need to worry about high winds!

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
